Morris Nelson

Born and raised in McAllen, Texas, Morris Nelson attended the school of business at Texas Tech and graduated with a Criminal Justice Degree from the University of Texas – Pan American.

Morris retired from UPS after a 35-year rewarding career. With decades of personal experience in real estate as an investor (commercial, multi-family and residential), Morris now has chosen to pursue a second career in a field that he knows and is passionate about.

A Valleyite for five generations, the Nelson family owned a construction company that built many of McAllen’s more notable buildings: McAllen Hospital, Moore Airbase, JC Penney, The Crow Buildings, First National Bank Building, First Christian Church, to name but a few. His family history in real estate has always been an important part of his life and identity and fuels his excitement to continue in the industry.

As an avid outdoorsman, Morris enjoys hunting and fishing as often as possible.

Morris is married, with three kids and six grandchildren that fill his personal time with lots of excitement.
